Welcome to The Bin Den!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by
these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

General Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: By using our website or participating in our auctions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Products and Services
1. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. Inventory changes frequently and may not be restocked once sold.
2. Condition of Goods: Items are sold “as-is” and may include overstock, customer
returns, or closeout merchandise. We strive to describe products accurately but do not guarantee perfection.
3. Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on our dynamic pricing model. Errors in pricing will be corrected as soon as identified.

Online Auctions
1. Registration: To participate in online auctions, users must create an account and agree to the auction rules.
2. Bidding Process: All bids are binding. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted.
3. Payment: Winning bids must be paid within [X hours/days] of the auction’s end. Non-payment may result in account suspension.
4. Ownership Transfer: Ownership of items transfers to the buyer upon full payment.

Shipping and Handling
1. Shipping: We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order.
2. Handling Fee: A mandatory $3.00 handling fee applies to all orders to cover labor and packaging materials.
3. Delivery: Estimated delivery times vary. The Bin Den is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Lost/Damaged Items: We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns and Refunds
1. All Sales Final: All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be
accepted, except where required by law.
2. Item Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

User Accounts
1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.
2. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bin Den shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
