Our physical store is located in Bismarck, North Dakota. Visit us at 2910 E. Broadway, Warehouse #18 for in-store shopping and unbeatable deals.


What types of products do you sell

We stock a wide variety of items, including electronics, home goods, clothing, toys, and more. 


Our inventory changes frequently, so there’s always something new to discover.


How do your online auctions work?

Our online auctions feature high-value items, allowing you to bid on and win products at great prices. 


Auctions are held on Daily/Weekly Schedules. To participate, access our website auction feature!

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. 

Additional charges may apply depending on the destination.

What are your store hours?

Our store is open: 

Wednesday – Friday: 12 PM – 7 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM

Monday & Tuesday: Closed for Restock

Online auctions are accessible 24/7 online.

Can I return or exchange items?

All sales are final, both in-store and online. 


However, we do test and verify the condition of high-value items to ensure they meet our quality standards.


How often do you restock your bins?

We restock every Monday and Tuesday. 


Items are priced higher following restock days and drop daily throughout the week, offering more savings the longer they stay in the bins.


How can I stay updated on new inventory and auction schedules?

Follow us on social media in the footer and sign up for membership in one of our Elite Bargain Groups to receive updates on restocks, online auctions, pallet sales, special promotions, and upcoming events.


Do you offer bulk purchases or wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale pallet sales for resellers.

At the Bin Den:

We acquire our overstock goods by means of purchasing relationships established between both direct and third-party distribution Companies. 
This includes, but does not limit to: 

Amazon, Target, Walmart, Sams Club, Costco, Dollar General, Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, Office Depot, etc.

Overstock & Return Truckloads:

Overstock truckloads refer to bulk shipments of unsold inventory that retailers or manufacturers need to clear from their storage. 

These truckloads typically contain surplus items that were either overproduced, discontinued, or replaced by newer versions. 

They may also include seasonal items or products that didn’t sell as expected.

Key truckload attributes and characteristics include:

• Source Variety: 
Overstock truckloads often come from major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, or Target. 
-They may include diverse product categories such as electronics, home goods, apparel, and toys.

• Condition of Goods: 

Items are generally new and unused, though packaging may
show signs of wear. 
-Some truckloads may contain customer returns or slightly damaged goods.

• Cost Efficiency: 

Buying truckloads provides businesses and resellers with access to discounted merchandise, typically priced well below retail value.

• Resale Potential: Ideal for resale through physical stores, online platforms, or auctions, offering significant profit margins.

A non-negotiable $3.00 handling fee applies to all orders. This fee covers the cost of labor and materials, including packaging supplies to ensure your items are securely shipped.

4. Order Processing and Shipment:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Shipping Time: 
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Tracking Information: 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

5. Responsibility for Shipping Costs: 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including any additional charges that may apply based on shipping zones or expedited delivery options.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments: 

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. 
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Exclusions and Limitations: 

Certain oversized or restricted items may not qualify for shipping or may incur additional freight charges.
