Refund & Return Policy

The Bin Den – Online Liquidation Store

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition received
  • Item must be returned in original packaging (when applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Item must not be marked “Final Sale”

Important Liquidation Notice

As a liquidation retailer, many of our items are customer returns, shelf pulls, or overstock inventory. Packaging may show signs of wear, previous labeling, or handling. Cosmetic packaging damage does not qualify as a defect unless the product itself is damaged or non-functional.

The Velvet Den Collection (Adult Products)

Due to the nature of intimate and adult products, all items sold under The Velvet Den collection are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Damages or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at thebindenstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
